Preparing Photo/Name/Text

Zippos for Companies

We will engrave anything you send us. For example your own Photo, a photograph of your partner, a signature, a logo, Clip Art, your own design. Anything. Great as a very special gift for Weddings, Anniversaries, Birthdays, Stag or Hen nights, and any "special day" such as Christmas, Mother's Day, Father's day. We are happy to send the engraved Zippo as a gift, with your message. A really original Corporate Gift.

And we can engrave on any part of the Front of the Zippo, or the Back. And we can etch any sort of Text, perhaps your Name or Initials, or a favourite Poem or even a Joke. We can also engrave Cartoons!

Also, we can achieve many special visual effects to make your Photo or Name/Text even more interesting , amusing or novel. (See Special Effects.)

Our products always start with a Brand New "High Polish Chrome Zippo Lighter.

We then engrave this. We can use the Photo you supply. Or you can give a person's Name, or Text. And we engrave that as required. We also produce our own range of "Limited Edition" engraved Zippos.

Please Note. "High Polish Chrome" Zippo Lighters are very shiny and exceptionally reflective. Therefore we photograph them with either a blue or black backdrop to avoid extraneous reflection; or Scan them The shiny surface will therefore appear as blue or black, and the actual engraving will appear as different shades of white and light grey.

Your Photo

This may be a photograph of yourself, a friend or partner, a place, in fact any photograph that you like. And we can position it on the front or the back of the Zippo Lighter. It can be on the Body or the Lid - you decide. Or you can have a larger photograph spread over the Lid and the Body, again, you decide what you want. Or, you might want one photograph on the Lid and a different picture on the Body - no problem.

You can Frame your Photograph. There are over 80 different frames to choose from.

Name or Text - and Available Fonts

Your Name, or a friends. Or a saying or motto you like. Or a poem or hymn. A Joke, you name it we can do it. And we can engrave using many different printer fonts and sizes.

We have many available fonts for you to choose from. The full set of five pages of Thumbnails can be viewed by clicking here. (You can Click on the Thumbnail to see a larger image.) By default we use Arial Font. We also find that "Comic Sans MP", "One Stroke Script LET" and "Times New Roman" are popular font choices.

In addition to having this large choice of Fonts, we can also apply any combination of lettering styles. That is Normal, Bold, Italic. We also have an Outline style in which we only show the outlines of each letter.

Mix and Match your Photos and Names/Text

We can, of course engrave both Photos, and Names/Text on the same Zippo. For example your partner's photo on the Body of the Zippo, and their Name on the Lid.

Other images we can engrave.

Your Signature, Cartoons, Clip Art, Logos, Star Signs, Symbols and your own Art Work. If it exists as an image, in any form, we can engrave it.

MyPhotoEngraved In-House Editions

Our own MyPhotoEngraved In-House editions include Special and Limited Editions, and are intended to appeal to particular markets. We research a particular group and design an engraving that will appeal to members of that group.

Special Effects

We can apply many digital special effects to your Engraving. For example, Stretch a Name to fill the Body, or place the photograph behind Jail Bars. You can also add lighting effects, warp or shape the images and, of course, remove red eye. The processes also include use Lens effects such as Distortion and some Artistic effects, just tell us what Special Effects you are interested in.
